Responsibilities

• Planning and Projecting: You will be responsible for the planning, project management, and documentation of fiber optic networks, considering the installed technology for FTTx and FTTh.
• Offer and Tender Documents: You will create offers, tender documents, schedule plans, and permit templates.
• Route Design and Control: You will be responsible for designing routes and ensuring their completeness and accuracy.
• Cable Distribution and Measurement: You will manage the installation of cable distribution points and their measurement and adjustment.
• Documentation: You will be responsible for documenting the entire planning process.
• Communication: You will communicate with cities, municipalities, customers, and other stakeholders involved in the process.

Requirements

• Education: A completed degree in Communication Technology, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, Geography, or a comparable qualification such as a State-certified Technician.
• Experience: Practical experience in network documentation and planning or in utility networks such as electricity, water, and gas.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Megaplan, QGIS, TKI, CableScout, or similar tools.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
