About the Position
Teamleiter IT-Support und Anwendungsbetreuung (m/w/d)
Join Limbach Gruppe SE as a Teamleiter IT-Support und Anwendungsbetreuung (m/w/d) in Heidelberg, Germany. Lead IT support team, optimize processes, and ensure smooth operation of central applications.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Coordination: You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT support team and actively promote the development of your employees.
- Team Coordination: You will coordinate the team, plan staff deployment and vacation times, and ensure the coverage of IT support.
- Technical Expertise: With your "hands-on mentality," you will also act as a technical expert in the team and tackle complex technical challenges.
- Process Optimization: You will optimize existing support processes and are responsible for the conception and implementation of automations, such as software distribution.
- Application Management: You will manage and ensure the smooth operation of central applications like Jira and Confluence.
- Budget and Controlling Support: You will support the department management in budget planning and controlling.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: You have a completed education in the IT sector with relevant additional qualifications or a completed degree and bring many years of in-depth professional experience in a relevant environment.
- Leadership Experience: You have already gained experience in personnel management or have proven your ability as a lead in technical projects to keep an eye on the big picture.
- Technical Skills: You have in-depth knowledge of ticket systems, ITIL processes, and project management.
- Business Knowledge: Basic business administration knowledge, especially in budget management, is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Secure communication skills in German, both in writing and speaking, round out your profile.
- Personality: You are a communicative and motivating personality who can inspire the team and spur them on to peak performance.
