Responsibilities
- You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a customer advisor team
- The control of the operational daily business as well as the sales advice of customers is your responsibility
- You continuously ensure a high quality of advice and processing in the team
- You always keep the defined quality and performance specifications (KPIs) in view
- You will structurally integrate new employees and promote both their professional and personal development
- You will actively participate in the analysis and optimization of existing processes
- In close coordination with the site management, you will contribute your expertise to strategic decisions
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in sales and have in-depth knowledge of home financing according to §34i GewO
- Ideally, you have already gained initial management experience
- Your working style is characterized by clear customer and result orientation
- Assertiveness and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively are among your strengths
- A high degree of personal responsibility and ambition distinguishes you
- Fluent German (C2) and excellent communication skills
