Teamleiter:in Infrastrukturplanung (w/m/d)

Hyna + Weiß Bauingenieure GmbH, a part of the Ingérop Deutschland group, is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader for Infrastructure Planning in Friedberg, Bayern. We are dedicated to developing sustainable and economic solutions for complex infrastructure projects in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop infrastructure and development solutions for complex infrastructure projects in road and traffic construction.
• Guide projects through all planning phases (Lph 1 to 6 HOAI) and ensure successful, timely, and budget-compliant completion.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to your planning team, consisting of project managers and their staff.
• Serve as the interface between authorities, specialists, clients, management, and coordinate and review planning results.
• Utilize common standards, regulations, and rules of road and traffic engineering.
• Plan projects using digital planning methods and continuously develop them.
• Assess project performance with project managers and manage invoicing.
• Contribute to the establishment and improvement of methods, standards, and processes in infrastructure planning.

Requirements

• Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in Civil or Traffic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, at least seven years of professional experience in infrastructure planning and project management, preferably with managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in dealing with tendering issues, authorities, and interdisciplinary planning processes.
• Acquisition, tendering procedures, and project control are key components of your daily work.
• Proficiency in IT / CAD tools such as card_1, ProVI, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Strong communication skills and confident and professional demeanor in dealing with clients and project stakeholders.
• Fluency in German.
