BrainSource Network is seeking a Teamleitung Corporate Tax to join our Finance, Tax & Legal Advisory team. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible hours, and a competitive salary of 115,000 EUR (Gross) per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Tax team, ensuring a balance between organization, quality, and team spirit.
- Serve as the primary contact for your team, connecting people, processes, and responsibilities in close coordination with the department's partner.
- Personally manage your client portfolio, from financial accounting to VAT returns, and from balance sheets to profit determination.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and companies of various legal forms with expertise, accuracy, and a passion for solution-oriented advice.
Requirements
- Completed education or training as a tax specialist, tax expert, bookkeeper, or tax advisor.
- At least five years of professional experience in your field, bringing in-depth knowledge and routine in advising medium-sized clients.
- Ideally, you have two to three years of leadership experience-or more extensive experience and a desire to actively shape responsibility.
- Confident use of DATEV and digital tools in your daily work routine.
- Team spirit and client orientation shape your actions-you value trusting cooperation and advisory services at eye level.
- English B1, German C1
