About the Position

Tech Brand Manager

Solidgate, a leading payments orchestration platform, is seeking a dedicated Tech Brand Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's presence in the tech community and building a robust developer community around our product.

Responsibilities

• Building the Engineering Community: Own and manage spaces where Solidgate's engineering community thrives, including social channels, DOU, GitHub discussions, and tech forums.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with top engineers to create content that resonates with the engineering community, such as architecture deep dives and technical write-ups.
• Technical Content Channels: Launch and manage Solidgate's technical blog and newsletter, providing valuable insights into payments infrastructure and engineering culture.
• Public Representation: Act as the public face of Solidgate in the engineering world, participating in conferences, meetups, and fintech events to build our brand's reputation.
• Event Management: Organize and sponsor hackathons, tech talks, and local meetups to attract and engage top engineering talent.
• Technical Interview Preparation: Develop materials to help candidates prepare for technical interviews at Solidgate, ensuring they understand our tech radar and practices.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as content engagement, community growth, and candidate quality from engineering channels.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in community management, education project management, communications, or PR.
• Skills:
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Proficiency in technical storytelling and the ability to engage with engineers effectively.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English, with the ability to switch between conversational and technical tones.
• Background:
  • Degree in Computer Science, technical background, or experience working alongside engineers.
  • Experience in running tech events or meetups.
  • Portfolio of technical content that has generated real traction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in PR and marketing.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English with the ability to switch between conversational and technical tones.
