About the Position
Tech Lead - .NET / React
Location: Bergen
Salary: Up to 1.1M NOK
We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join a well-established technology organisation in Bergen that is investing heavily in modern software development. This is an opportunity to lead a team while remaining hands-on with development, helping shape customer-facing digital products used by thousands of users.
You'll join one of the company's largest development teams, playing a key role in replacing a core platform and delivering modern APIs, integrations and digital services in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading a cross-functional team of developers while remaining technically hands-on
- Designing and developing scalable backend solutions using.NET and C#
- Building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript
- Driving technical decisions, architecture and engineering best practices
- Working closely with developers, UX designers, testers and business stakeholders
- Mentoring team members and helping to raise engineering standards across the department
- Contributing to the ongoing modernisation of a business-critical platform
Tech Stack

Experience with F# or Elm is beneficial but not essential.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a full-stack developer
- Excellent knowledge of.NET, C# and API development
- Commercial experience with React and TypeScript
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices
- Experience working in agile development teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Norwegian language skills
Experience from banking, finance, fintech or other business-critical software environments would be an advantage.
