Tech Lead Engineer - Connectivity / Infotainment

About the Position

We are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer - Connectivity / Infotainment with experience in software development and architecture in the Infotainment domain to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business value of the project within the team.
• Make compliance statements for all customer requirements that apply to the team.
• Agree with the customer on all compliance statements made on customer requirements that apply to the team.
• Agree with the customer on all user stories and acceptance tests being defined by the team.
• Accept or reject work results, i.e., user stories implemented in a sprint.
• Lead the definition of user stories for sprint backlog and product backlog.
• Lead the prioritization of user stories.
• Lead the definition of sprint backlog.
• Support the team in clarification of user stories, explain feature/business values, and motivate prioritization.

Requirements

• Must have

  • Experience in software development and architecture in the Infotainment domain.
  • Ability to support and define high-level solutions for Infotainment.
  • Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business.
  • Negotiation skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.
  • Agile practitioner with extensive experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Ability to define and maintain mapping between customer requirements, features, and feature development teams.
  • Knowledge in AGL and Automotive SPICE.

• Nice to have

  • Well versed in software planning methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Linux and Android for Automotive.
  • Affinity for Open-source.
