Within the Financial Services vertical in Lyon, we support the digital transformation of the largest French banks.

We are particularly involved in "from scratch" development projects and application redesign.

We are currently recruiting a Java Tech Lead (with a minimum of 5 years of experience) for these large-scale projects that will soon be launched with teams of about 10 people.

The selected person for this position has the opportunity to have a 360-degree view of the project and to be involved in its different stages (framing and development in particular). They also have the advantage of working in a modern technological environment: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Docker, Git, etc.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the validation of User Stories, their estimation, and the technical conception of the implementation;
• Realize and test in compliance with project development practices;
• Deliver with the expected quality level and in a Software Craftmanship approach;
• Capitalize on your experiences to help and progress the development team;
• Be a force of suggestion to enable us to engage in a continuous improvement approach.

Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Kafka notably.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and/or Master's degree and/or equivalent with an IT specialization;
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development, ideally in ESN.
