About the Position
We are seeking a Tech Lead for LLM/Conversational AI to manage a large-scale platform with millions of users, requiring Python, PyTorch, and high-load system experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of LLM systems for a large-scale conversational AI platform.
- Ensure the platform handles tens of millions of users efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize AI models.
Requirements
- Python: Proficiency in Python programming.
- PyTorch: Experience with PyTorch for machine learning.
- Production LLMs: Hands-on experience with production-level LLMs.
- High-load system: Experience with high-load system environments.
- NSFW-friendly environment: Ability to work in an NSFW-friendly environment.
Language
- English: Upper-intermediate proficiency.
