About the Role

To strengthen its Fullstack Development team, the Information Systems (DSI) Department of our client is looking for a Senior Tech Lead Java / Vue.js (Back-end dominant), specialized in software architecture and business application development, under the responsibility of the Technical Manager.

Main Missions

Lead the technical dimension of the "Crazy Time" project, an internal application dedicated to the management of Activity Reports (CRA) and their association with budget lines.
Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js, with a dominant Back-end.
Architect microservices and event-driven solutions to meet the business needs of finance and corporate.
Ensure the quality of developments by applying best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, YAGNI) and ensuring optimal test coverage (Sonar).
Support the skill development of the team's developers and collaborate with business teams to align technical choices with business needs.
Participate in all phases of the software cycle, from design to production, adopting Agile/Scrum methods.
Optimize DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git) and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications.

Requirements

Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Fullstack Java / Vue.js development, with a Back-end dominant and experience as a Tech Lead.

Technical Skills

Java / Spring Boot (design and development of robust applications).
Vue.js (for front-end interfaces, if necessary).
Microservices and event-driven architecture.
DevOps (CI/CD, Git).
Best development practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, YAGNI, unit/integration tests).

Personal Qualities

Technical leadership to guide and train the team's developers.
Collaborative spirit and ability to work in an Agile team.
Rigor and sense of organization to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Analytical ability to propose solutions adapted to business needs.
Excellent communication (written and spoken French) to interact with business and technical teams.

Languages and Mobility

Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).
Flexible location: IDF, Lyon, Metz, or 100% Remote.
