As part of a permanent recruitment, you will join the Sopra Steria Financial Services teams in Lille and work on key projects for banking and financial clients.

As a Tech Lead .NET / C#, you will play a central role in projects: technical leadership, coordination of developments, quality assurance, and support for teams, while remaining involved in technical choices.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of development actions within the project
• Ensuring the design of solutions and challenging technical choices
• Ensuring the quality of the code and adherence to good development practices
• Supporting the team in skill development
• Validating the costing of technical solutions, in line with the client's strategy
• Contributing to technological watch, innovation, and technical excellence
• Providing your expertise during pre-sales phases and commercial actions, supporting business development

• Dev & Quality: Git, CI/CD (depending on project context)

Requirements

• You have at least 7 years of experience in application development and have already worked in a technical reference or Tech Lead role.
• You are proficient in C#,.NET 6+, Angular, and good software development and design practices.
• You are comfortable with technical support for a team, code reviews, sharing best practices, and solving complex problems.
• You are at ease in Agile environments and ideally have experience with Cloud architectures and industrialization approaches.
• Recognized for your analytical mind, leadership, and sense of teamwork, you are a force of suggestion and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.
• You have a professional level of English to communicate in an international context.
