  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and release planning to enable smooth and predictable deliveries;
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback;
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, engineering excellence, and continuous learning;
  • Contribute hands-on to development while supporting the organization's cloud transformation strategy within Azure.

Requirements

  • An experienced Tech Lead with 2+ years of technical leadership experience building complex software solutions, ideally within SaaS products;
  • A software engineer with 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with C# and.NET Core;
  • Experienced in designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
  • Proficient with Azure SQL Database (or other relational databases) and Entity Framework Core;
  • Strong in software architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern engineering best practices;
  • Comfortable making architectural decisions while balancing business priorities and technical quality;
  • Passionate about mentoring engineers, growing team capability, and creating an environment where people can succeed;
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in ambiguous environments;
  • Product-minded, always looking beyond individual tasks to understand the broader business impact;
  • Experienced working with distributed or remote engineering teams;
  • Continuously learning and encouraging your team to adopt modern technologies and engineering practices;
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1+).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the MassTransit framework;
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices;
