Responsibilities
- Partner Integrations:
- Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
- Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.
- Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
- Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Requirements
- Must Haves:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly Desirable:
- Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
