Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple technology areas (Software Development, Cloud, Data, SAP, Cybersecurity, Project Management, etc.).
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Provide candidates with guidance throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM and support internal reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT/tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with different technology stacks and IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Czech or another European language is an advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
