About the Position

Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, as a Tech Strategy Consultant. You will advise leading financial investors and private equity firms on the planning, execution, and management of Tech, Data, and AI Due Diligences. You will shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities

Advise on Tech, Data, and AI Due Diligences for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Structure, prepare, and communicate due diligence analyses.
Advise on growth potential and performance optimization measures for national and international companies.
Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, budgets, and implementation.
Co-develop equity stories and value creation opportunities for portfolio companies.
Design business, market, and technology perspectives and prepare interactive demos and presentations.
Author whitepapers on technology trends and industry guidelines.
Prepare and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Very good university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
First professional experience with a focus on technology consulting, transaction advisory, or digital strategy/transformation.
Preferably experience in software development and/or machine learning model development.
Ideally experience in the M&A advisory environment.
Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in evaluating complex, technology-driven business models.
Strong understanding of the impact of technology on scalability and product-market fit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
