About the Position
Your career starts here! We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist (Online Casino) to join our dynamic team in Romania.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient task distribution, adherence to timelines, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation, upgrades, and ongoing support of studio and broadcast systems.
- Ensure incident response and troubleshooting is timely and well-documented in Jira or other systems.
- Take ownership of technical R&D, evaluating and testing emerging technologies to improve production workflows with the support of the video team.
- Maintain and audit the studio asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is up to date and operational.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align on project needs and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and documentation protocols.
- Regularly review and improve team processes, driving a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.
Requirements
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both within the team and across departments (e.g., Production, IT, Content).
- Knowledge of video signal delivery chains, including IP, SDI, HDMI, and other relevant formats.
- Knowledge of studio infrastructure, including video/audio routing, broadcast automation systems, signal monitoring, and fault isolation.
- Knowledge of sound, video, and lighting systems, especially in live studio or broadcast environments.
- Confident working with technical documentation, system schematics, and project drawings.
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in broadcast studios, live event production, or TV/media environments.
- Familiarity with video-over-IP technologies, cloud streaming platforms, and modern encoding/decoding solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve workflows, propose and implement new tools and technologies.
- Knowledge with ticketing systems like Jira, Confluence.
