About the Position
QA Madness, a European IT service company specializing in QA and cybersecurity, is currently seeking an experienced Tech Writer to join our team. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Poland, we are focused on delivering high-quality tech documentation for our FinTech project. This role is remote, offering flexibility in your work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation for internal and external audiences;
- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive API documentation tailored to the needs of developers and end-users;
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information;
- Ensure that all documentation meets company standards for quality and clarity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology-driven environment;
- Familiarity with APIs, software development concepts, and technical terminologies is a plus;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitBook, MediaWiki, Docusaurus, MkDocs, or Read the Docs;
- Experience working with JSON and API tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or Redoc;
- Experience with diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io for visualizing technical workflows.
