About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Poland. This role involves managing technical support and integration for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage escalated tickets from the Helpdesk (Jira BBCUS).
- Handle technical issues reported in Jira GATS (issues raised by managers or game providers).
- Integrate and onboard new clients and game providers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Jira BBCUS and Jira GATS.
