About the Position

We are a fast-growing technology company specializing in the development of modern Smart Home systems. Our products, including the intelligent Atom series controllers, are used in residential and commercial buildings across Poland and the European Union. We are currently looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team and support us in our daily technical activities.

Responsibilities

Providing technical support related to the configuration and operation of controllers and building automation systems (via email, phone, chat, and on-site installations at clients’ locations);
Conducting technical training sessions for installers and distributors on our products;
Supporting the sales team in selecting appropriate technical solutions for customers (preparing offers based on project requirements);
Resolving post-sale technical issues and ensuring warranty support for our clients;
Monitoring deadlines and managing the repair and return process of controllers;
Maintaining customer documentation and providing feedback on system usage.

Requirements

Technical education (automation, electronics, IT, or related fields);
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with customers;
Proactive approach to work and the ability to work in a team;
Proficiency in Polish and English (B2 level or higher);
Category B driving license.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Smart Home systems;
Experience working with microcontrollers;
Knowledge of Ukrainian.
