Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI services using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, Azure Foundry, and Azure ML
• Build and fine-tune models; implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Integrate AI into enterprise workflows via APIs and event-driven patterns
• Optimize prompts, retrieval, and orchestration for relevance and safety
• Ensure compliance, security, and performance across the solution lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience with Azure AI and Azure ML; strong Python or C# skills
• Solid understanding of ML concepts (data prep, feature engineering, evaluation, drift monitoring)
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, embeddings, and vector databases
• Cloud architecture knowledge (CI/CD, IaC, observability)
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Power Platform/Dynamics 365 integration experience
• Consulting background with outcome-focused delivery
• Relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., AI-102, AZ-104, AZ-400, DP-100, SC-100)
