Technical Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join Applifting. Is it you? Right now, we are looking for an analytical mind for whom processing client requirements and passing them on to the team is a daily routine. Someone who asks questions and thinks things through until they are able to summarize the essence in the best possible form. A person who is knowledgeable about application development and can write user stories or use cases, define Definition of Done (DoD), and still keep a smile on their face.

We like to use AI in our work. So, if you are familiar with Copilot, ChatGPT, or other LLMs, that's a big plus for us!

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and developers
• Requirements analysis
• System analysis and solution design together with the solution architect
• Creating backlogs (with technical details)
• UML diagrams
• Software development management systems: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Git, etc.
• Processing technical documentation
• Czech and English at least at B2 level

Requirements

• Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of application development
• Ability to write user stories or use cases
• Ability to define Definition of Done (DoD)

Nice to Have

• Process mapping in BPMN
• Basic database work orientation - SQL and noSQL
• Familiarity with basic design patterns
• API interface design
• Knowledge of security in application design: OAuth, stateless interfaces, etc.
