Technical and Repair Support Engineer

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant payment solutions across our network. You will be the technical expert driving PCI compliance, security operations, and support for both internal teams and external partners. Your work will directly influence the success of current deployments and the smooth introduction of new projects.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting the implementation of ECR/ECO changes within the region
  • Managing PCI compliance activities and contributing to PCI audits
  • Supporting the complete lifecycle of projects, from pre-production through to deployment
  • Overseeing secure key management, key ceremonies, and terminal key injection
  • Managing and maintaining security tools and technologies used within and outside the organization
  • Investigating and resolving field issues to ensure operational excellence
  • Reporting security incidents and driving corrective actions
  • Collaborating with the global repair team to escalate and track product repair issues

Requirements

  • Engineering or technical degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role within the payments or a related industry
  • Practical understanding of payment terminal hardware servicing and repair
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS
  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
