日本の Services Delivery (旧称: Professional Services) チームは、お客様に Snowflake を最大限かつ最適に活用いただくために、テクニカルデリバリーを担うテクニカルアーキテクト (Technical Architect) を募集しています。このロールでは、特定のビジネス問題と Snowflake のソリューションを結びつけ、その関連性とビジョンをさまざまな技術および経営層のオーディエンスに伝える洞察力、および実装を遂行する能力が求められています。

Your Impact

Snowflake のあらゆる側面における技術的な専門家として活動します。
お客様自身で Snowflake の機能を正しく理解し更に拡張していただけるよう、ナレッジの共有を含めベストプラクティスに沿って Snowflake をデプロイします。
顧客と直接手を動かしながら、Snowflake テクノロジーの実装に関するベストプラクティスを実証し、伝えます。
競合他社や補完的な技術やベンダーについての深い理解を持ち、それらとの関係における Snowflake のポジショニングを適切に示します。
システムインテグレータのコンサルタントと協力して、顧客環境で Snowflake を成功裏に位置付けて展開するための深い技術レベルで作業します。
顧客固有の技術的課題に対する解決策・ガイダンスを提供します。
チームメンバーの専門知識の向上・知識共有をサポートします。
製品管理、エンジニアリング、マーケティングと連携して、Snowflake の製品とマーケティングを継続的に改善します。

Requirements

ポストセールス（テクニカルデリバリー）における技術的な顧客対応経験 5〜8年
顧客のニーズを的確にとらえ、自らプロジェクトの進め方を提案・推進できる能力
技術者層・経営層を問わず、優れたプレゼンテーションやデモを行える能力
ETL からデータプラットフォームの設計、BI および分析ツールまでの完全なデータ分析スタックとワークフローの理解
データベース、データウェアハウス、データ処理に関する設計、実装スキル
SQL および SQL アナリティクスの豊富な実務経験
Python、Ruby、Perl、Bashなどのスクリプトの経験
顧客と現地で作業するための能力と柔軟性。必要に応じて出張が可能であること
ビジネス課題を解決するAI/MLソリューションの提案、実装、活用の経験

Nice to Have

大規模なデータベーステクノロジー（Redshift, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata など）の知識と設計・実装の経験
大規模データ処理ツール（例：Spark, Hadoop, HBase）の経験と知識
BIやデータ探索ツール（例: Tableau, Sigma, Qlik, Omni, Looker）についての理解と経験
カスタムおよびパッケージ化されたツールを使用したETLパイプラインの実装経験
パブリッククラウド（ AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platformなど）を使用したシステムの設計・構築の経験と知識
データ移行プロジェクトの経験
