Technical Architect / Team Lead for Multinational Fintech Company

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consulting firm, working in the national and international market since 1999. We are empowered with multidisciplinary competences and know-how in IT, which allow us to contribute, optimize and move forward with our clients.

We are looking for a Technical Architect / Team Lead for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically and support team delivery
• Develop with strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming such as Java
• Apply solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle
• Communicate effectively
• Minimum Level of English: B2/C1

Requirements

• Strong development skills
• Experience in OO Programming such as Java
• Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum Level of English: B2/C1

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies
• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, openness, and curiosity to learn

Additional Information

• The candidate must have at least one higher education degree
• They must have been living in Portugal for at least 1 and a half years
• Location: Lisbon
• Working Model: 4 days per week in the office in Lisbon in the first 3 months. After the 3 months, passes to 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home
• The CV will only be considered if in English
• Work schedule:
  • During Winter (From October to May – 8 months): 43 hours/week
    • From Monday to Thursday: 09h - 19h (9 hours/day)
    • Friday: 09h - 17h (7 Hours/day)
  • During Summer (From June to September – 4 months): 39 hours/week
    • From Monday to Thursday: 09h - 18h (8 hours/day)
    • Friday: 09h - 17h (7 Hours/day)
