Technical Business Analyst - Intellimatch / Smartstream

About the Position

Luxoft Financial Markets (FM) team is looking for a hands-on candidate to fill the role of Technical Business Analyst. The role involves configuration, reporting, automation, and operational support of the TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure Auto Match Rules, Alias creation, Broker and Product setups.
• Create Grid Views and perform Dashboard tagging.
• Design and manage Dashboards and Child Dashboards.
• Handle Business Logic Tools and Role creation.
• Manage Static, Source Code, Lead, and Lookup configurations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Good understanding of BRD and BI Mapping documents.
• Create and manage ADOs for requirement tracking.
• Knowledge of SLA and OLA document creation and management.
• Create and maintain Masks and Rules (Scope, Population, and PQR).

Requirements

• Must have

  • Total 8+ years out of which 5+ years into FM/Banking Experience
  • Strong business knowledge of FM product lines - Equities/Derivatives.
  • Perform the configuration in SmartStream's TLM Reconciliations Premium
  • Experience in Intellimatch / Smartstream or any other TLM Platform
  • Reconciliation experience
  • Ability to solicit clear requirements from users, analyze data feeds from source system feeds, translations required for reconciliations
  • Hands on experience in JIRA and Confluence
  • Self-starter and solution oriented

• Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile Methodology
