Responsibilities
- Technical consultation and support for our customers regarding HCM4all solutions
- Technical sales support and clarification of technical questions during the sales process
- Presentation of HCM4all solutions to customers, prospects, and at trade shows
- Inventory, analysis of the current situation, and development of solution concepts for the introduction of HCM4all at customers
- Conducting benchmarks, training, and seminars for our customers and prospects
Requirements
- Technical education/degree or comparable qualification
- Experience with operating systems, client/server applications, and ideally with cloud applications and database systems
- High affinity for cloud solutions and enjoyment of working with modern software
- Ideally, knowledge of HR or recruiting solutions
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- German at C-Level and good English skills
