Lead Backend Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer with expertise in Golang, Google Cloud, Java, Kafka, and Terraform for a role in Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Spain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design architecture
• Lead and mentor junior developers

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang
• Experience with Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Familiarity with Kafka
• Experience with Terraform

Language Skills

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish
