About the Position
Technical Delivery Manager (Job ID - 2234)
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with 10+ years of IT experience to lead and manage our projects and programs in India.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to application development efforts to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Practice Agile principles on project execution.
- Conduct effective requirement planning sessions and application design sessions with cross-functional groups.
- Lead and direct the technical tasks to the team.
- Ensure successful development and application support strategy is implemented.
- Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
- Demonstrate a working understanding of both quality assurance and software development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
- Work with Engagement Manager on managing the team, projects, and products of the Portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance activities.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile/scrum methodology.
- Must have experience on at least 2 full life cycles of software development.
- Working experience on ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Client-facing and exposure to onshore-offshore delivery model.
- Experience in working in a global environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSc (preferably in Computer Science/IT)
