About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong Python skills for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world-class products
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
- RAID management of project
- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
Requirements
- Must have
- 10+ years of expertise as a Python developer or architect
- Strong people and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to build Gen AI utilities and agents
- Nice to have
- Experience in trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
Languages
- English: C2 Proficient
