Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Design team, helping solve complex technical challenges related to tools, workflows, game code, and Blueprints.
• Support Artists and Engineers with asset validation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for art production pipelines.
• Create and integrate game assets and environments when needed.
• Edit, clean, and optimize character animations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for the team.
• Research and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to existing processes and pipelines.
• Maintain project files and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Support team members during absences when required.
• Report progress and project status to the direct manager.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary, technical, or higher education.
• Language: English at B2 level or above (spoken and written).
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in game development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara.
  • Knowledge of C++, Python, or MAXScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.).
  • Experience with at least one 3D modeling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience with other game engines.
• Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush.
• Experience with Corona Renderer or other offline rendering solutions.
• Advanced scripting skills in C++, Python, or MAXScript.
• Understanding of WebGL.
• Experience working with AI tools, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
