About the Company
T-Systems on site is the trusted digitalization partner for the industry, telecommunications, public sector, and defense industry in Germany.
We combine the best of two worlds: Perfectly embedded in the group, we benefit from our extensive network, resources, and a strong Magenta brand. At the same time, as a medium-sized company, we are small and agile enough to live a real start-up culture.
Benefits
Whether it's a flexible working time model, the opportunity to work from home for most projects, countless employee benefits, or participation in company profit.
The onsite offers a multitude of advantages!
Workplace
So-called Meet&Connect Hubs can be found at most onsite locations. In these centers of encounter and cooperation, the focus is on activity-based working. Depending on the daily requirements, you can book classic workstations, project offices, "think tanks" for focused conversations, or creative spaces.
In principle, employees of the onsite can also work flexibly from home if the project situation allows it.
Innovation LAB
With our T-Systems Innovation Lab, we work at the interface of cutting-edge technology and business transformation, driving digital innovation. Disruptive thinking, initiative, and intrapreneurship are on the agenda every day.
