About the Position

Technical Inspector (m/w/d) - Telfs

Liebherr-Werk Telfs GmbH is seeking a Technical Inspector to join our team in Telfs, Austria. As a Technical Inspector, you will be the central technical contact for our machines in the field, combining practical experience with strategic know-how.

Responsibilities

Support in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs – primarily on-site
Provide technical advice to service personnel and customers
Analyze complaints and derive improvements for quality and products
Share best practices in service, maintenance, and application
Participate in field tests, retrofits, and technical advancements
Ensure optimal machine performance through analysis of operating conditions

Requirements

Completed technical education (e.g., vocational school, HTL, or master) in areas such as automotive technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or agricultural machinery technology
Initial experience in a service/technical environment is advantageous
High international travel readiness
Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing, additional languages are an advantage
Driver's license class B

About the Company

Liebherr-Werk Telfs GmbH is a production company of the Liebherr product segment for earthmoving machines. It develops and manufactures a wide range of hydrostatically driven grading and loader scrapers, telescopic loaders, and special machines for the pipeline industry.
