Technical Lead - C++ Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers
• Build slot games tailored to multiple cabinets and markets
• Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, memory profiling, and other code hygiene processes
• Ensure game quality and timely delivery to market
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of artists, game designers, developers, and test engineers
• Continuously improve processes and contribute to a culture of excellence
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain flawless game performance
• Implement new features and improvements in existing games
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate guidelines into game development
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Outstanding programming skills in C++ under Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong skills in object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
• Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle and engineering concepts
• A degree in Computer Science (B Tech/BE/MCA) or equivalent experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
• Experience in game development is a plus
• Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative gaming experiences
