About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Lead for Full Stack Development with Node.js and React to join our team in Monterrey, Montevideo, or remotely in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of full-stack applications using Node.js and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Ensure code quality and best practices are followed
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Node.js and React
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
