Technical Lead

We are looking for a Technical Lead for the Kondor+ upgrade in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves owning the technical architecture and delivery of the upgrade, including assessment of the current Kondor architecture, definition of the target architecture, upgrade strategy, technical dependencies, environments, integrations, and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical assessment of the existing Kondor+ landscape.
• Define the technical architecture and upgrade approach.
• Analyze dependencies between Kondor+, database, operating system, middleware, interfaces, and surrounding applications.
• Assess Kondor+ custom developments and extensions for compatibility with the target release.
• Define environment topology for DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod/Production.
• Define installation, configuration, and deployment approach for the upgraded Kondor platform.
• Lead technical troubleshooting across Kondor application, database, and integration layers.
• Review technical changes required to interfaces and custom components.
• Coordinate with Teciem/vendor technical specialists where required.
• Define performance, resilience, availability, backup/recovery, and operational requirements.
• Support infrastructure sizing and capacity planning.
• Lead technical migration rehearsals.
• Own technical cutover and rollback approach.
• Provide technical leadership to Kondor developers, integration engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor architecture.
• Several years of hands-on Kondor technical experience.
• Previous Kondor+ implementation and preferably upgrade experience.
• Strong understanding of Kondor application architecture, database layer, services, batch processing, and interfaces.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Kondor production environments.
• Knowledge of Kondor APIs and integration architecture.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge in a Kondor context.
• Unix/Linux knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise middleware/messaging used with Kondor.
• Understanding of HA/DR and performance requirements for mission-critical trading systems.

Nice to Have

• Kondor containerization/Kubernetes experience.
• Cloud deployment experience.
• DevOps/CI/CD for Kondor.
• Experience migrating older Kondor installations toward newer architectures.
