- Define and enforce pre-launch validation workflows: configuration checklists, acceptance criteria, and go/no-go gates.
- Diagnose root causes of issues in live operations independently by reading logs, inspecting API responses, and tracing configuration flows.
- Drive the onboarding and integration journey for Online Services products including Player Account & Authentication, Ubisoft+ Subscription, and PC Primary InGame Stores.
- Develop and maintain a deep working knowledge of the full Live Services ecosystem to bridge the gap between production team requests and platform capabilities.
- Proactively improve operational processes, user flows, and technical flows.
Requirements
-
Relevant experience
- Significant experience (3+ years) in technical operations, live services operations, release management, or DevOps within a web or software product environment.
- Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces and validating outputs independently.
- Track record of working in an international, multi-team environment.
-
Skills and knowledge
- Strong practical knowledge of web technologies: web applications, web services, REST APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues in web services environments.
- Experience defining and enforcing operational quality gates: validation checklists, acceptance criteria, go/no-go workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with campaign management, content delivery, or live operations workflows in a gaming or digital services context.
