About the Position
Technical PM
Contract
Start date: ASAP.
Duration: 6-12 months.
Working hours: full-time (8 h/d).
Location: remote.
Client/project: Insurance.
Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead system decommissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and application/data migrations, applying ITIL-aligned change management to deliver projects on time and with minimal business disruption.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical projects covering system decommissioning, infrastructure, and data/application migrations;
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions across the project lifecycle;
- Coordinate dependencies among infrastructure, application, security, data, and vendor workstreams;
- Maintain compliant project documentation and ensure seamless handover to operations;
- Engage business owners, IT leads, and vendors; provide concise status reports to senior stakeholders;
- Develop cut-over and rollback plans, manage UAT, post-migration validation, and hypercare.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex IT infrastructure and application projects in large enterprises;
- Strong grasp of integration dependencies and change management principles;
- Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, or equivalent frameworks;
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage vendor deliverables;
- Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication skills.
