Technical Product Manager, Integrations (APIs/iPaaS)

About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager for Integrations (APIs/iPaaS) to lead product strategy and development in a full-time role with equity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product for bi-directional third-party data flow and authentication
• Define integration strategy and standards, translating vision into product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Oversee the integrations development process, brokering inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing/syndication
• Determine integration architecture in coordination with technical leads
• Facilitate scenario-based technical discussions with enterprise clients, partners, and integration marketplaces
• Own the full lifecycle of integration and SDK products, including GTM collaboration

Requirements

• Product management for integrations/APIs
• 5+ years software experience
• 3+ years building product APIs
• RESTful APIs
• GraphQL
• Webhooks
• bi-directional data structures (JSON/XML)
• OAuth 2.0
• JWT
• API Keys
• iPaaS (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
• client-facing/solution design
• cross-functional delivery ownership

• Influencer marketing domain knowledge
