About the Position

Technical Product Marketer

Mirantis is seeking a Technical Product Marketer to develop and maintain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.
  • Translate highly technical product capabilities into audience-specific narratives for practitioners, platform engineers, and C-suite buyers.
  • Own the competitive intelligence function: track competitors and produce battlecards, comparisons, and win/loss analysis.
  • Produce high-quality technical content: solution briefs, white papers, blog posts, use case studies, reference architectures, and demo scripts.
  • Partner with solution architects and product managers to develop technical content that educates buyers on AI infrastructure patterns.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with compelling assets aligned to key personas.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and ROI frameworks.
  • Partner with solution architects and sales teams to distill field learnings into sharper messaging and better-targeted content.
  • Support product launches with go-to-market plans, launch kits, and internal training materials.
  • Monitor trends across the AI infrastructure, cloud-native, and open-source ecosystems to surface market insights that inform GTM strategy.
  • Support analyst and media briefings; contribute to Mirantis’ positioning in key industry conversations and reports.
  • Represent Mirantis’ platform perspective at industry events, webinars, and community forums as a subject matter resource.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a closely adjacent role within the cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software space.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and credibly communicate complex technical concepts related to:
    • Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms
    • AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference, GPU resource management, and MLOps tooling
    • Hybrid and multi-cloud deployment patterns across AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills - able to produce clear, engaging content for both technical and business audiences without heavy editing.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and working directly with sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Soft Skills and Team Fit

  • Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in how AI infrastructure works under the hood.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator - comfortable engaging with engineers, product managers, and executives alike.
  • Structured thinker who can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing narrative coherence.
  • Passion for open source, developer communities, and the cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward shipping content and iterating quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, Ray, or similar infrastructure tooling.
  • Background in or exposure to AI/ML engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Prior experience in or familiarity with companies like RunPod, SpectroCloud, Rafay, Anyscale, Hugging Face, Together AI, or Modal.
  • Experience supporting analyst relations or contributing to industry research and reports.
  • CNCF ecosystem knowledge or cloud/Kubernetes certifications a plus.

We Offer

  • Work with an established Silicon Valley leader in the cloud infrastructure industry.
  • Work with exceptionally passionate, talented, and engaging colleagues, helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers implement next-generation cloud technologies.
  • Be a part of cutting-edge, open-source innovation.
  • Thrive in the high-energy environment of a young company where openness, collaboration, risk-taking, and continuous growth are valued.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package with a strong benefits plan.
