Technical Product Owner - Mobile Robotics in Logistic Systems (m/w/d)

About the Position

Mobile Robotics is a strategic growth area within the BEUMER Group. In this role, you will take on the technical end-to-end responsibility for mobile robotics solutions in the Logistic Systems portfolio.

As the central technical interface, you will connect Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Software Solutions, Innovation & Development, and external robotics partners-with the goal of realizing scalable, standardized, and globally deployable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the technical product and system landscape for Mobile Robotics within Logistic Systems
• Definition and further development of system architectures, technical standards, and guidelines
• Technical overall responsibility for MR-based sorting and intralogistics systems
• Development of modular, scalable solutions for global reuse
• Translation of market, customer, and business requirements into robust technical concepts
• Technical evaluation, qualification, and integration of external robotics and technology partners
• Definition of integration and interface standards to ensure system interoperability
• Close collaboration with the Platform Team in Innovation & Development to ensure a consistent overall architecture

Requirements

• Completed degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Intralogistics system architectures
  • Mobile robotics (AMR/AGV) and fleet management
  • Technical product or system responsibility
• Very good knowledge of system and platform architecture as well as interface and integration design
• Experience in working with international stakeholders and external suppliers
• Very good German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a clear ownership mentality
