About the Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner for Salesforce with experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform to join our team in one of the following locations: Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Köln, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, or Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility 1: You will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and technically evaluating complex requirements and translating business requirements into technically feasible user stories, including technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Responsibility 2: You will manage the Product Backlog and implement requirements independently within the Salesforce platform – from technical conception to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Responsibility 3: Together with a development team, you will develop technical solution designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure development standards and best practices on the Salesforce platform.
• Responsibility 4: In workshops and agile formats, you will bring business and technology together, coordinate technical solutions with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders, and ensure a clear translation into technical implementation.
• Responsibility 5: Additionally, you will optimize CRM processes and Salesforce solutions, create technical documentation, support architectural decisions, and accompany testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Requirement 1: Several years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant, or Technical Product Owner with a strong hands-on focus.
• Requirement 2: Very good knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform as well as solid development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Trigger Frameworks, and asynchronous processing.
• Requirement 3: Experience with data modeling, Objects & Relationships, and Sharing Model as well as integrations via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
• Requirement 4: Know-how in modern development and DevOps processes, ideally with Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Governor Limits, Security, and performance optimization.
• Requirement 5: Very good English skills, structured and independent working style, and experience in international and remote working teams; certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are a plus.
