About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) with a strong technical background to drive product development and align business goals with technical capabilities. In this role, you will define the product vision, manage requirements, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Create clear specifications, including UML/BPMN diagrams and UI layouts
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality solutions
- Manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and solve problems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Strong technical background and understanding of system architecture
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience in defining product vision, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization
- Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST API, message brokers)
- Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Agile methodology certification
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of SQL
