Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of new products and features from scoping through release
- Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications with engineering teams
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
- Track and manage technical issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
- Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution using technical and analytical judgment
- Oversee quality assurance processes and support resolution of escalated technical issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support code review oversight and release readiness validation (where applicable)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery processes
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across product and engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery
- Experience tracking technical issues and driving resolution in complex environments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software engineering or a technical degree
- Experience in SaaS or platform-based product environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar development tools
- Experience supporting release management or QA processes
- Prior experience in scaling product delivery across multiple teams
