About the Position
Technical Project Manager
Nigel Frank is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support delivery within the construction / engineering sector, working across business, commercial teams, and third-party vendors (including AI/data providers). This role is based in London with a hybrid work arrangement.
Salary: £450 to £500 GBP
Contract length: 6 months (outside IR35)
Start: June 2026
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across digital, AI, or data initiatives
- Manage 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders
- Own reporting, risk, and governance
- Support bid, tender, and commercial processes
- Drive strong business engagement throughout delivery
Requirements
- Project Management experience within construction, engineering, or similar sectors
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, RFPs, or business development activities
- Understanding of enquiry → bid → contract lifecycle
- Commercial awareness (pricing, winning, and delivering work)
- Experience delivering projects involving AI, data, or digital transformation
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with integrating or working alongside third-party technology vendors
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement
