Technical Project Manager, CS

About the Position

Are you a dedicated project manager with a strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering successful customer projects? Then you might be the Technical Project Manager we are looking for in our Customer Services team at Körber Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver minor and middle-size customer service projects from initial order intake through execution and successful delivery.
• Act as the central point of contact, collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the sales organization during the project clarification phase to define customer requirements, technical specifications, project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment, components, and resources, monitor project finances, and manage changes in project scope and priorities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet customer expectations and agreed performance targets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience from a similar project management role, preferably within a technical, industrial, automation, or engineering environment.
• Strong technical understanding and comfort with reviewing and working with technical documentation and system specifications.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Willingness to travel for on-site activities.
