About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate technical projects from planning to implementation.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and clients, ensuring timely execution of integration projects, internal testing, and field operations, particularly in Ukraine.
This is a hands-on role with a high level of responsibility. We are looking for someone who not only manages tasks but also helps build efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate integration and implementation projects for clients;
- Plan work, monitor deadlines, and manage projects in Notion;
- Organize internal test campaigns and coordinate field trials;
- Ensure interaction between engineers, the operations team, clients, and partners;
- Coordinate logistics, equipment procurement, business trips, and preparation of test sites;
- Monitor task execution, identify risks, and remove blockers;
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing or coordinating technical projects;
- Experience with software, hardware, system integration, or testing;
- Strong planning and organization skills for multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proactivity, independence, and responsibility;
- Understanding of technical processes and comfortable communication with engineers;
- Experience in coordinating logistics and operational processes is a plus;
- Fluency in Ukrainian;
- Strong B1 level of English;
- Confident use of Notion;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in deep-tech, defense, R&D, UAV, or aerospace companies;
- Experience in coordinating hardware/software integration, field testing, or product deployment;
- Experience working with Ukrainian teams or projects;
- Expert use of Notion.
