Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Specialist, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, Networking, and Information Security, driving execution from planning through delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation and security initiatives.
  • Building and driving program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams.
  • Partnering across Enterprise IT, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Operations to align priorities and execution.
  • Identifying, tracking, and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers, driving resolution with clear mitigation strategies.
  • Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Leading rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities, including provisioning, authentication (SSO and MFA), authorization, and governance.
  • Facilitating Agile and hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban, improving team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
  • Providing clear, concise reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments.
  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, networking, and information security (IAM experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear source of truth across tools and teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across highly technical teams.
  • You bring structure to ambiguity, connect technical and business teams with clarity, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $123,200 - $154,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Free access to wellbeing programs such as therapy sessions, virtual yoga classes, and more.
  • 14 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all global team members.
  • Family planning benefits, including support for adoption, surrogacy, fertility treatments, and more.
  • Flexible PTO for employees in the United States.
  • Pet insurance to help cover vet expenses.
  • Gym reimbursement for enrolled health insurance plan members.
  • Financial planning support, including 401(k) matching and financial wellness programs.
