About the Position
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People Management Department – R&D Recruitment Team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Ajax Systems Home Page in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the hiring process using AI tools while ensuring human oversight.
- Support the recruitment team in reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
- Identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
Requirements

- On-site work at Ajax Systems Home Page in Ukraine.
About the Company
