Technical Sales Engineer - Bali-NTB-NTT
Location: Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

About the Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer for Sika in the Bali-NTB-NTT area, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, building relationships, and expanding our customer base. Your role will involve following up on projects, handling customer support, and selling technical products or services.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
- Follow up and manage projects in the Bali-NTB-NTT area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure, and Building Projects).
- Handle and maintain existing customer and technical support.
- Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
- Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to explain product functionalities to clients.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidance.
- Honest and highly motivated.
- Resilient and responsible.
- Communicative and team-oriented.
- Will be based in Denpasar.
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.
